I live in the back top apartment he lives in the front downstairs apartment. He says warm water is backing up in his tub and hot water pan. Is this because of my bath?Did my bath cause my neighbor's tub to back up?

Same as Jan. I have had this exact same thing but I lived on the ground floor so my bath filled up with other waste water. Yuck. It is the sewer. Landlord should be informed immediately.
