Before you do anything, try Naval Jelly to see if it cleans it off...only if the tub is porcelain. Do not do this if the tub is fiberglass. Use a razor blade,the kind that painters use for removing paint off from smooth surfaces.Puddy knife will also do.Do not use scraper,you may damage the tub enamel.
